Bluebook Cities is a company registered in Delaware under registration number 20196937118, with a registered address at 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801.
Bluebook Cities operates the Praxis platform, which includes the Praxis mobile application for iOS (the "App"), the website at praxisnation.com, the web application at app.prx.city and related subdomains, in-person and virtual community events, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). You can contact us at legal@praxisnation.org.

- Account and Profile Information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile photo, professional background, education, and interests.
- Application Information: responses to application questions, professional credentials, and any supplementary materials you provide during the admissions process.
- Communications: messages you send through the Platform, including conversations with other members and with our AI-powered membership assistant.
- Device Contacts: with your permission, we access your phone contacts to facilitate introductions and referrals between members. Contact data is processed using secure one-way hashing to identify mutual connections, is not stored in plaintext, and is not sold or used for advertising. You can revoke contact access at any time through your device settings.
- Referral Information: referrals you make for other members or applicants.
- Event Information: registration details for in-person and virtual events, dietary preferences or accessibility requirements you provide, and any information collected at events (such as check-in data or photos and video taken at events).

- Notification Preferences: your choices about which notifications you receive and through which channels (email, push, SMS).
- Payment Information: collected by our third-party payment processor, not directly by us.
3.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device Information: device identifiers, operating system, app version, and device type.
- Push Notification Tokens: used to deliver push notifications to your device.
- Usage Data: interactions with the Platform, features used, timestamps, and session data.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type (for web access), and standard server log information.
3.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
To build and maintain accurate member profiles, we may collect publicly available information from third-party sources, including professional networks, public social media profiles, and web-based data providers. This information is used to verify applicant identity, enrich member profiles so members can find and connect with relevant people in the community, and support the admissions process. We may also collect publicly available information about existing Praxis members who have not yet joined the App, in order to support introductions and the onboarding process. We may derive additional profile information from your interactions with the Platform and from publicly available sources. We only collect information that is publicly available or that you have authorized us to access.
4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 Core Platform Operations
- Processing and evaluating membership applications

4.2 AI-Powered Features
The Platform includes AI-powered features that process your messages and profile information to facilitate the admissions process, answer questions about Praxis, facilitate introductions between members, and provide personalized assistance. AI-powered analysis may be used to support admissions decisions, but all final admissions decisions are made by our team. These features are powered by third-party AI service providers under data processing agreements. These providers do not use your data to train their models.
4.3 Communications

5. Encrypted Messaging
Direct messages and group conversations between members are protected by end-to-end encryption. Message content is encrypted on your device before transmission and can only be decrypted by the intended recipients. Bluebook Cities cannot read the content of encrypted messages.
Metadata associated with encrypted messages (such as sender, recipient, and timestamp) is visible to us and is necessary for message delivery and Platform operations. Conversations with our AI-powered features are not end-to-end encrypted, as the AI requires access to message content to function.
6. SMS, WhatsApp, and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to messaging notifications through the Praxis App, you consent to receiving text messages from Bluebook Cities Inc. via SMS or WhatsApp regarding your membership. These messages may include transactional notifications such as introduction requests, referral requests, admissions updates, and account security alerts.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification preferences in the App. You may opt out of WhatsApp notifications through the App's notification settings.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. All categories of information described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of text message services.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
7.1 With Other Members
Your profile information (name, professional background, interests, and other details you choose to share) is visible to other members through the Platform. You control what information is included in your profile. When you attend in-person or virtual events, other attendees may see your name and profile information in connection with the event.
7.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, including cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, AI service providers, email and SMS delivery services, analytics providers, event management providers, and payment processors. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
7.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
7.4 Business Transfers
If Bluebook Cities is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
8. Events and Photography
Praxis hosts in-person and virtual community events. When you register for or attend an event, we collect registration information and may capture photos or video of the event. Photos and video from events may be used for community communications and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event or contact us at legal@praxisnation.org.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. If you delete your account, your data is retained for a 30-day grace period and then permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements). Certain operational and compliance records, such as deletion requests and audit logs, are retained indefinitely for legal and regulatory purposes.
10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure key management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights and Choices
11.1 Notification Preferences
You can control which notifications you receive and through which channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) in the App's notification settings. You can also unsubscribe from email notifications using the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
11.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the settings section of the App. Upon requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which your data remains intact and you can cancel the request. After 30 days, your personal information is permanently deleted or anonymized, including profile data, stored files, and database records. Encrypted messages you sent remain on our servers but are anonymized and cannot be attributed to you. Copies of messages on other members' devices are outside our control.
11.3 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@praxisnation.org.
11.4 European Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the following additional disclosures apply.
Legal Bases for Processing. We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: processing required to provide the Platform and its services to you, including account management, messaging, introductions, and event registration.
- Legitimate interest: processing necessary for purposes such as improving the Platform, security and fraud prevention, analytics, and facilitating connections between members, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: processing based on your explicit opt-in, such as SMS and WhatsApp notifications, access to device contacts, and location collection. You may withdraw consent at any time through the App's settings.
- Legal obligation: processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Rights. You have the right to access, correct, port, or erase your personal information, and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. You also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects — our admissions process uses AI-powered analysis to support decisions, but all final decisions are made by our team. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@praxisnation.org.
International Data Transfers. The Platform is operated from the United States. If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and other appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable law.
11.5 Other US State Privacy Laws
Residents of US states with applicable consumer privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut) may have similar rights to those described under CCPA, including the right to access, delete, and opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@praxisnation.org.
12. Children
The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.
13. Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze usage, and support authentication. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. The mobile App does not use cookies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
